1 What are some of the opportunities that are available to develop an interdisciplinary approach to the advance of the World Health Organization (WHO) global health agenda?
The World Health Organization has an agenda of promoting health among all the nations of the world. Therefore, the main opportunity of advancing this agenda is the availability of third world countries whose health systems are relatively poor. Hence, the organization has the obligation of developing such systems to ensure that they match some of the best in the world. This will be an interdisciplinary approach due to the availability of standardized rules that will be followed by all the health systems guided by the World Health Organization.
As well, the availability of donors and governments that are willing to cooperate with the organization will make it easy for them to develop the interdisciplinary approach towards the promotion of health across the world. The donors will provide the necessary funds required by the organization to implement their plans in both developed and developing countries. Given the fact that the organization is made to serve the whole world, then bias will not be an issue of discussion, and it will ensure the equal allocation of resources. The cooperative governments will facilitate the implementation of the organization's plans (World Health Organization, 2017). The growing global health concerns call for the need of good governance to ensure that discipline is maintained.

The organization I work for has a culture of recognizing third world countries and has partnered with various non-governmental organizations to provide medical health assistance to such countries. Therefore, the application of this culture will lead to the growth of the organization because other organizations will be willing to partner with us in order to promote health across the globe.
