The fast-paced coronavirus infection rendered it appropriate to find ways of improving public safety. As a result, the requirement for all people to wear face masks is the identified safety quality improvement initiative aimed at improving population health. The initiative was a call to reduce the spread of Covid-19 in the initial stages of the pandemic. Therefore, the initiative received significant acceptance nationwide and across the globe since the general population was not aware of any other way to protect themselves from the dangerous disease-causing rapid deaths worldwide. The initiative, however, would have been successful in improving safety measures when the masses cooperated. Therefore, there was a need for disclosing findings of the research, which affirmed that the spread of disease was through inhaled droplets from sneezes and coughs of infected persons.
