• Discuss DNP practice-based project ideas or topics and your current or past experiences that make the topic relevant in practice today.

What do you want to research and is relevant to your practice? I like to research in diabetes, so  Barriers in diabetes and HTN management and how the NP can benefit the patient ( please expand this area)

• Reflect on how your DNP project will commit to equity and inclusion in health care and working toward eliminating disparities in health care for all populations.

Increasing access to affordable healthcare solutions and preventative services for underserved populations with multiple comorbidities; telehealth incorporation for comorbidity management and close follow up that is more accessible and affordable for patients and allows for more frequent appointments and follow up

• Identify challenges you anticipate in meeting the program outcomes and address how you will manage these challenges.

Work/life/school balance: working part-time and school part-time to dedicate to both practice and education

• Explain the impact of the DNP-prepared nurse in social change.

Knowledge to teach and implement change; could teach classes or clinicals.

Community based healthcare, increasing access to affordable healthcare
