Patient interviews are a common practice across the different healthcare systems around the world and functions to deliver on two primary objectives in the delivery of patient care. It allows the physician to evaluate various elements of the patient’s condition, including both the objective signs and subjective symptoms towards developing an appropriate diagnosis for the medical problem.
