Apple is a leading global brand with a focus on innovation, creativity, and high quality. The company has created its market purely through its innovative products that are ahead of time and carry a high quality. To achieve operational alignment, the company has built an evolutionary supply chain. Apple has integrated business analytics and Business intelligence tools to maintain its operations' efficiency (Apple, 2019). The supply chain of the company is global, with the majority of the manufacturing done in China. However, the supply chain is integrated with the demand and supply side of the chain and the financial and sales department to achieve the organizational targets (Apple, 2019).
