As a nutritional coach, I will work with the general population to ensure they embrace healthy dietary behaviors and empower them to be responsible for their health and wellbeing. I would assume leadership and mentorship roles to guide my clients to achieve healthier lifestyle thresholds. As a successful certified nutrition coach, I would use behavior change strategies and nutritional science knowledge to empower the general population towards a healthier lifestyle (Cirignano, 2020).
