Besides, nutrition is a central component in health promotion since the human body needs it to grow, develop, and sustain its normal functioning. Health promotion is closely connected to disease prevention, and it is crucial in alleviating disease, enhancing mortality rate, promoting life quality, and decreasing the economic burden on the healthcare sector (Munoz, 2022). Therefore, nutrition is a core element in health promotion since it is a primary element of an individual's psychological, physical, and mental health. Hence, the absence of disease symptoms does not necessarily translate to a healthy individual (Manimegalai & Ramesh, 2019). Nutrition plays a crucial role in disease prevention, health improvement, and life quality.
