The data analysis in this research is well established and indicates the depth of the implications of disability and how it affects the nursing profession (Marks, 2007).
Findings
The findings were quite informative, borrowing from the various secondary sources that have deliberated on the issues concerning disability and elements of cultural competence (Marks, 2007). From the findings it is clear that persons with disability are considered less in the health care profession and are thus not well represented.

The theoretical integrations in this research are quite evident, relative to the heavy reliance on the secondary sources (Marks, 2007). Much of the literature review brings to light the element of theoretical integration that point to the low absorption of the persons with disability in the nursing field.
Discussion
Interpretation of the findings
The nursing field will have to bring on board more elaborate measures to incorporate persons with disability in the field. This way, the field is able to show support for the unique abilities of persons with disabilities (Marks, 2007).
Implications/recommendations
The research indicates the fact that persons with disabilities also have the core capabilities like the rest of the nurses and it is crucial for the nursing profession to recognize this and appreciate them by incorporating them (Marks, 2007).
