IOM Future Of Nursing Report And Nursing
The Robert Wood Foundation Committee developed a significant interest in a particular study with a substantial objective of producing a transitional report on the future of nursing. The team started by examining the ability of nurses to work efficiently and meet the demands introduced by the reforms in the entire public health systems of health care. All the committee members gave recommendations on various activities taking place in hospitals. Robert Wood and his group members wanted to implement more effective health care systems in all facilities. The primary task carried out by the group involved refreshing the roles of nurses in the entire workforce (National Academy of Sciences, 2018). This step implemented ways of dealing with inadequate personnel, current, and future technology in the field of nursing.
