As a follower, I would serve best under servant leadership theory. This theory the main aim of the leader is to serve first. These leaders are meant to enrich their followers first to build a better organization. Its uniqueness from other theories is that it involves the conscious person, for example, the way Jesus from the bible led his followers. The leading calling comes naturally and they focus on the well being and growth of the followers. They put the needs of followers first and they share power. They are observed to help followers develop and perform to the best level as possible.
