It is often said that the strength of a person usually lies during his or her moment of greatest weakness. This assertion isn’t far from the truth, as tough times usually have a special way of bringing one’s character or personality into the light. As human beings, we all have our particular sets of principles and beliefs, which add up to create our standards. Among the most evident aspects or parameters of character is integrity (Padgett, 2011). There are various times when one’s integrity is put under a lot of scrutiny, especially at the workplace. I offer to share my experience of such a time.
I have felt very free expressing my integrity at work during the times when we are allowed to work as teams. Essentially, this is the time when the duties are delegated to the junior members.
