In the healthcare sector, the relationship between effective and organizational performance is quite obvious. First of all, effective leadership is founded on vision, and vision in leadership inspires action from employees. If, for example, a leader’s vision is to promote quality care through pristine customer care experiences, effective leadership will ensure that the employees buy into such a vision and aid its actualization.
