For this assignment, you are to draft a PowerPoint presentation to be made to a hypothetical group of policymakers (Option #1) OR write a paper that responds to the aforementioned prompt (Option #2). In the case of Option #2, you are expected to consult and cite the relevant peer-reviewed literature on CME program evaluation.

The infertility provider’s education program will conduct a workshop for primary care providers within the state aimed at improving quality service delivery to the public. The workshop targets mainly nurses and health counselors. The in-service workshop will train a total of 40 healthcare workers by educating about infertility and treatment services and how to integrate such services within their workplaces. After the training, the trained health care providers are required to educate clients to meet the increasing demand for individuals seeking information and infertility treatment (Keylor & Apfel, 2010).
This workshop will enhance the knowledge of nurses and counselors to meet the increasing number of individual with difficulties accessing infertility services within the state. The workshop is open to all registered nurses and counselors within the state who have practiced for the last one year. The selected healthcare workers will learn about some of the new integrated approaches that seek to ensure that information about infertility will be accessible to the public(Keylor & Apfel, 2010).
That is why the workshop intends to educate staffs who frequently interact with patients on how best referrals can be done to increase accessibility of fertility treatment to the general population. If all primary health care providers are well equipped with comprehensive information related to infertility, this includes signs and symptoms of infertility, they can inform the public and also assist clients to make better choices in relation infertility problems (Keylor & Apfel, 2010).
By educating clients nurses and counselors will improve service delivery through referrals especially for people who seek for the services .Most people might not be well informed about facilities or institution that offer fertility treatment (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 2014).
