Movement exploration programs are physical activities used in early childhood development which back up a child’s growth and development in different ways. The program is necessary as it sets a foundation for infants and children that will be carried throughout their lives. When a child is physically or socially active, they will adopt this into their teenage life and adult life because the movement starts from when a baby is born (Ketcheson et al., 2017). Infants involve movement activities like lifting heads, crawling, and staring at colorful objects before they walk and jumping, running, riding, lifting objects, and swimming.
