Dr. Revenio C. Jalagat, Jr published an article titled The Impact of Change and Change Management in Achieving Corporate Goals and Objectives: Organizational Perspective in 2016 in the International Journal of Science and Research. This article was presented to Al-Zahra College for Women, Managerial and Financial Services Department, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. In truth, change is inevitable, as Dr. Revenio aptly captures in this journal article. Change is nowadays a norm even in the corporate setting (Jalagat, 2016). Change is unavoidable whenever it occurs, and organizations must deploy various strategies to adapt, without which they can lag and fail to make a meaningful impact. The author attempts to evaluate change management's impact in realizing corporate goals alongside objectives as per an organization's perspective. The article critically touches on some crucial topics, including the consequences of change, forms of change, the application of change and their models, and how to effectively change management.
