Essay Instructions:

Assessment Description
Prepare this assignment as a 1,500-1,750 word paper using the instructor feedback from the previous course assignments and the guidelines below.
PICOT Question
Revise the PICOT question you wrote in the Topic 1 assignment using the feedback you received from your instructor.
The final PICOT question will provide a framework for your capstone project (the project students must complete during their final course in the RN-BSN program of study).
Research Critiques
In the Topic 2 and Topic 3 assignments, you completed a qualitative and quantitative research critique on two articles for each type of study (4 articles total). Use the feedback you received from your instructor on these assignments to finalize the critical analysis of each study by making appropriate revisions.
The completed analysis should connect to your identified practice problem of interest that is the basis for your PICOT question.
Refer to "Research Critiques and PICOT Guidelines - Final Draft." Questions under each heading should be addressed as a narrative in the structure of a formal paper.
Proposed Evidence-Based Practice Change
Discuss the link between the PICOT question, the research articles, and the nursing practice problem you identified. Include relevant details and supporting explanation and use that information to propose evidence-based practice changes.

Nursing practice problem
The nursing practice discussed in the paper is mental health and homelessness. Homelessness and mental health is detrimental and needs timely intervention to safeguard different societies' interests. Mental health and homelessness are considered clinical issues which heavily impact each other. For instance, those who suffer from homelessness problems tend to experience mental health issues. The health issue is critical since it impacts contemporary society.
Additionally, mental illness can obscure one's judgment and hamper one's capacity to bounce back from setbacks. As a result of these and other factors, persons with mental illness are more likely to become homeless. They exacerbated poor mental health by living in a homeless shelter. Anxiety, fear, sadness, lack of sleep, and drug abuse are all made worse whether people are experiencing homelessness for the first time or have had mental health problems. People with mental disorders who are homeless have many of the exact requirements as those without physical safety, education, transportation, accessible housing, and access to affordable medical and dental care and services. It's critical to offer a safe and supportive environment, provide their most basic requirements (such as food and shelter), and make care available.
PICOT question
Regarding homeless adults, can clinical education work better than psychoeducation in restoring mental health in 6 months?
Background of the study
In 2018, a study by Moulin found that patients with mental disorders experience obstacles to receiving continuous outpatient care. Mental health treatments are often inaccessible and inadequately linked with primary care. Patients with mental illness who go to the ER may not be generally applicable based on studies in significant urban demographics. Patients with mental illness have been studied in studies; however, the sample size is either confined to a single hospital or a particular metropolitan region. According to the study, there was a high correlation between frequent ED visits for mental illness and substance use diagnoses. The link between drug abuse and mental illness underscores the need for medical care that treats both conditions simultaneously. ‘SAMSHA’s 2014 National Survey on Drug Use and Health found that 7.9 million American people suffer from co-occurring drug use disorders and mental health issues. Instead of looking at how denigrating messages are spread, Jensen (2018) examines how individuals with stigmatizing features manage their stigmatizing traits and how education and outreach initiatives might help lessen stigma. According to Jensen's research, stigmatized and non-stigmatized persons can co-manage stigmatizing features by creating a culture of personalized dignity together. For people with serious mental illness, Jensen's study analyzes how comedy is used to foster a culture of undignified dignity. A focus on respect as a bridging medium between stigmatized and non-stigmatized persons effectively reduces even the most complicated of stigmas.
On the other hand, people with significant mental illnes...
