Conflicts are disagreements that arise due to differences in attitudes, values, and ideas. In nursing, conflicts may occur on the intrapersonal or intergroup levels, where more than two groups have conflicting views (Hallet, 2018). Conflicts in hospitals serve as an indicator that something needs to be adjusted or needs closer management attention.
There is no profession without drama and conflicts. Nurses are not an exception because they are human.
