These reforms are also intended to curb the great turnover incidences of newly certified nurses by supporting residency programs predominantly in major health systems and facilities. The ACA reforms also advocate for the expansion of the nursing faculty by achieving higher educational levels. This is intended to ensure that the growing complexities within the hospital and community health setups are well-catered. Nurses are presently beseeched to satisfy basic care tasks and to assist patients in managing lifelong illnesses. Since they are expected to be utilizing various technological means and advanced information management policies, they ought to be empowered with the much-needed repertoire in interpretation and integration to improve the effectiveness of healthcare.
