The way our body warns our mind if something is damage is through pain. Pain is such a common thing to human, and there are born with the ability to feel pain, thus making them aware if something is not right in their body. But the pain may vary depending on the person's tolerance of pain. In this article, the author will describe how each individual's perspective on pain is. It is the author’s belief that ‘relaxation’ treatments could be used as a non-pharmacological treatment for the management of pain.

Every person's experience of pain varies depending on how they manage it. Of course, pain is only what our brain does. Thus each person can mitigate its effect through experience and calmness.
