Experimental research design usually utilizes scientific approaches in the data manipulation procedures, the control variables of the research subject. Through the experimental process, the impact of the manipulation is measured and recorded. Although it is hard to execute, the experimental research design is utilized in diverse areas, including social sciences and nursing.
The first design is a quasi-experimental study, which is utilized when diverse conditions are to be tested. The subjects are not assigned randomly and are used in contexts where randomization is impossible (Verma, 2019).
