The reforms chiefly impacted the insurance industry since it was executed in 2010.
           Historically, nurses have been reacting to healthcare regulations and financing modifications using professional duty and innovation means. Institutions that use P4P strategies primarily offer specific instructions describing whether actions or performance assessment outcomes result in boosted payments. However, the program can also imply penalties whenever the health care providers involved fail to meet performance thresholds and specific quality measures.
