The YouTube video presented the solid and detailed connection between diabetes and suburban sprawl while focusing more on being a car-dependent sprawl in several dimensions of the lives of people. They include such as a long-distance journey, a drive to work, school and shopping malls among other areas. In one interview, one expert of urban and regional planning in the video termed the phenomenon as the "triangle effect" where the elevation of the capacity of the triangle has a direct impact on obesity and type 2 diabetes (Designing Healthy Communities, 2013).
