Healthcare facilities are increasingly complex, anchored on various complicated, interdependent engagements and job uncertainties, generating pressure and creating macro-level disputes. Medical care intricacies associated with timescale pressures, unmet peers’ expectations, huge workloads, and critical life and death decisions contribute to conflicts. The most outstanding reasons for disputes within healthcare facilities include rivalry between workers, discrepancies in professional and economic values of team members, change, limited resources, lack of well-defined expectations and roles, incapacity to work as a team, varied expectations concerning performance levels of distinct roles of a healthcare worker, and inadequate interpersonal communication competencies (Alshammari & Dayrit, 2017).
