In today's healthcare environment, it is still being used to improve legibility, reduce medical errors, cut expenses, and improve healthcare quality. However, the same clinical professionalism has faced several obstacles as a result of these technological opportunities, ranging from concerns deriving from the very nature of healthcare information technology to issues relating to healthcare information technology and stakeholders (Powell-Cope et al., 2008). This is a problem since it causes lower-quality healthcare facilities and services, as well as increased risk for the stakeholders involved. As a result, this should be corrected to guarantee that healthcare facilities and physicians are in a good position to provide their consumers with the best and safest services possible (Meinert et al., 2018).
Several stakeholders will be involved in this organizational project, including management, clinicians, ICT experts, and patients. Clinicians and ICT personnel should be involved since they possess the necessary knowledge and abilities. Typically, clinical professionals will comprehend the project's core goal because they have an unavoidable everyday interaction with opportunity needs.
