Client #1: Z.A.

For two months, Z.A, a 16-year-old female patient, has been experiencing a loss of pleasure and interest in her hobbies, and she has been reluctant to go to school, even when it is online or hanging out with friends. It is because she feels tired most of the day and feels unworthy of others' affection. Z.A. was removed from the top student ranking last December due to the lack of concentration in her academic performance. She also lost around 3kg in the past two weeks without dieting. Z.A. does not take any medications.

Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

Client #2: A.J.

A.J., an 18-year-old female patient, has been experiencing excessive apprehension for the past six months. It is accompanied by overfatigue and irritability about anything that she previously did not care about. She also observed that she has been going to the spa for a massage almost every week due to muscle tension. A.J. takes Vitamin C 200mg orally, once daily, every day.

Generalized anxiety disorder

Client #3: J.L.

J.L., a 20-year-old male patient, went to the group therapy session due to constant suicidal thoughts for three consecutive weeks. He is depressed and fatigued most of the day, resulting in a lack of concentration at work. He also noticed slowness of thought for the past month. Due to his poor work performance, he was not named as the best employee of the month, unlike previously. J.L. does not take any medications.
