How does chemistry relate to Nursing?
The relationship between chemistry and nursing is in the processes that occur in the human body, which are chemical in nature and as such involve chemical reactions. Nursing allows someone to know and understand what is happening in a patient’s body while chemistry explains why it is happening. Also, a nurse must be aware of the chemical equations and chemistry reactions such that they can relate to the experiments in the profession and provide better care to the patients (Timberlake, 2015).
There are numerous examples that constitute specific chemistry applicable in nursing.
