Chronic diseases are human conditions that last for more than one year relying on medical attention and daily limited activities. Use of tobacco, poor nutrition, lack of physical exercise and alcoholism are among behaviors promoting chronic diseases. Harald, (2016) indicate that chronic diseases are the leading causes of death and disabilities especially in high income countries. Modifications of risk factors indicate that chronic disorders can be avoided. Studies prove that effective control of lifestyle reduces growth of chronic diseases because what people do or fail to do promotes chronic disorders.
Eating healthy food reduces chances of type two diabetes attack. Type two diabetes triggers heart problem and other chronic diseases. Individuals are advised to eat a balanced diet to supply appropriate nutrients to the body with an aim of strengthening disease fighting mechanism of a human. P...
