Employee professional development mainly entails the investment an organization makes to help ensure that their employees are up to par with the current skill set or qualifications within their field. The investment happens through classes for the employees, seminars, and boot camps. Organizational change is the transition that organizations undergo after employing certain factors, elements, or aspects. This does not happen without the organization taking the initiative to make sure it happens. Also, it is often marred by a lot of challenges that could undermine its success. Lastly, organizational goals are the objectives or the targets that an organization sets and seeks to attain within a certain period of time.
