Introduction
Following the world plan on antimicrobial resistance (AMR), most of the world countries have developed their plan to handle the issue of AMR. This often involves the creation of a task force to help in finding a solution to the problem. Below is an implementation plan on the antimicrobial resistance
Organizational resources needed
Finance: this one of the most needed resources required to drive all the operations in the implementation process. Both public and private sources are required.
Coordination: this includes combination effort between the human, technical and financial support. This brings about working logistics cross the whole sector among the workers and the stakeholders.
Monitoring: monitoring systems will play a vital role in ensuring all the operations works as required. 
Data and technical capacities resources:  the process of implementation requires data on antimicrobial resistance. This will provide scientific know how to be able to carry changes by analyzing such data to be able to develop data-informed actions.
Awareness and political will: this is a necessity in plan implementation (Sirijatuphat, et al 2020). This will help in providing a stronger narrative that will help in involving policymakers and public throng linking antimicrobial resistance with public interests like environment, food, and health.
Communication resources: this will help in passing information to the society including all the awareness information required.  
Stakeholders needed
To be able to provide a good response on the gap and the problems which are being outlined by the issue of antimicrobial resistance the consideration of the following stakeholders will be significant:
Public health: this will involve both human and animal health practitioners. This group of stakeholders will help in scaling up better health to both human beings and the animals which will help in embedding the specific actions to the already existing health strategies (Choi et al 2020). The set of stakeholders will work in scaling up in issues to do with infection and prevention measures which for example includes was activities, vaccination to help in preventing the development of the resistance microbes and the infections.  
Champions: this is a group of stakeholders who are responsible in commanding respect and have all the powers and authority to work among all sectors which will help in raising the profile of antimicrobial resistance thus helping in maintaining the political commitment, help in creating bridges with international agencies and thus advocating for the investment of the organization.
Knowledge sharing stakeholders: this sector of stakeholders includes network, works ops and the available repositories which will serve as an exchange of knowledge of what is effective in the plan implementation. This group of stakeholders will help in ensuring the effectiveness of all the policy interventions and all the requirements of the implementation.
