The Colorado FNP Diabetes Care Center will offer specialized clinical services on diabetes and various cardiovascular conditions, including high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, and obesity. The diabetes clinic is based on a comprehensive medical approach that will cover treatment as well as patient education.
