The American College of Healthcare Executives (2016) article highlights two main points that stand out in the healthcare sector at present. The first issue is patient safety and quality of the safety. Patient safety is critical for the success of any healthcare outcome since it determines the patient's speed of recovery from their respective ailments. Patient safety is usually given less attention.
