The bill (GB SB303) was enacted to amend Chapter 24 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated to increase transparency of insurance prices for non-emergency healthcare services. Additionally, the bill sought to ensure that the disclosure of certain pricing information was made possible to ensure that the customers can compare prices (LEGISCAN, 2020). The bill equally allows the insurers to use third parties to ensure that the provisions are complied with. The sponsors of the bill include Sen. Ben Watson (R), Sen. Burt Jones (R), Sen. Gloria Butler (D), Sen. Renee Unterman (R), Sen. P.K Martin (R), Sen. Steve Gooch (R), and Rep. Mark Newton (R).
The policy advocates for the elimination of exorbitant insurance pricing for non-emergency healthcare services by sharing information on the insurance prices on various websites. The policy plays a significant role in preventing society from paying high insurance rates because they have a list to choose from. Giving the population an opportunity to choose the insurance package that they want promotes advocacy and equity (Duggan, Goda & Jackson, 2017). Additionally, the provision in the enacted bill makes it possible to promote social justice. The promotion of social justice is an elementary principle explained in the 9th ethical provision. The policy is critical in ensuring that the population gain access to cheap healthcare coverage to help them get treatment and manage various diseases. It advantages low-income earners and makes it possible for them to select an insurance package that they can afford because they have access to various prices.

I relished reading the comments that you imparted in your early post as it connects to the Affordable Care Act's impacts on health insurance coverage and labor market results. For instance, I valued reading the data you inscribed linked to snowballed transparency of coverage prices for non-trauma health care services. You also went an extra mile to debate the bill required to guarantee that disclosure of specific pricing data was branded, probably to guarantee that the clients can contrast the prices (Duggan, Goda &Jackson, 2017). I found that much interesting in relation to the topic. Also, you imparted decent data about the policy advocating for the removal of inflated insurance ratings for non-disaster health care services by imparting data on the insurance rates on numerous internet sites. Please permit me to impart some surplus datum as it related to the impacts of the Affordable Care Act on health insurance coverage and labor market resu...
