Communication between students and teachers often involves the latter’s quest for knowledge of what they do not know, the need for clarity and a better understanding of what they know, or simply an expression of their lack of certain knowledge and skills in a particular area of study (Mazur, 2010). On the other hand, teachers engage in the ensuing correspondences to address or satisfy the outlined needs, quests, and lack of knowledge among students.
