The world is being converted into a single village; this village is rapidly becoming one economic space fueled by the internationalization of various factors such as trade, financial markets, trade, culture, religion, politics, and education. The above is referred to as globalization. Also characterized by the worldwide link of social relations in different regions in a way that what is happening locally is being shaped by events in distant localities.
Globalization has brought about the phenomena of a global citizen and global education. There is the factor of the new knowledge economy where world economic growth is no longer reliant on industrial modernization only but also knowledge innovation and production. A few decades ago, economic growth was based on industrial production but today it is observed that knowledge production plays a big role in the globalized world economy. However, there is an issue on globalizing education especially when it comes to the developing world....
