Grade 5 students are a unique class. As a teacher, I experienced numerous challenges and successes during the entire week. One of the successes of teaching Grade 5 students is that they have access to technology and other tools in the classroom. Technology has been very useful when assigning work in class and checking the learner’s progress. Technology makes it easier to work with learners remotely when they are not in class. For instance, one student did not attend class due to medical reasons for the entire week.
