The Government is Preparing the Army for such a Conflict Let us face it, an all-out war between nations is possible and likely to occur in the future, which is why the government is preparing the army for such a conflict. While some troops may have a good body, they may not have the mental or physical fortitude to handle the pain that a war may cause them. This is true even for soldiers who are physically fit. A person who always thinks before acting is someone who will survive in a conflict, so all army personnel should be mentally prepared. The army puts new recruits through some tough training because they want them to be as composed as they can be under intense physical and mental strain.
The troop commanders who will guide them on their mission will find these to be of much greater importance because they need to thoroughly understand Structured Self Development (SSD), which will improve their physical and mental health. If they are significantly more skilled and do not lack the leadership strength in their squad, the power of being a will still be there due to their abilities, power, and rank.
That being said, I think the lesson on maintaining composure under extreme stress and constantly thinking about what would be best for the group as a whole is one of the most crucial things I learned in the Structured Self Development (SSD) IV course. Army forces operate as a group to maximize the success of their mission. Therefore operating as a group is crucial since each member has a crucial role. Always consider what is best for the group. I now concentrate my thoughts on the objective and make every effort to ignore the physical and mental tension that is occurring because I know that the external stress that the senior officer caused the army is, in some manner, only a diversion from the actual purpose at hand.
The decisions a leader makes affect how things turn out. Thus, being a good leader requires careful planning and execution because making the wrong decision could endanger the lives of their team members. Additionally, they must make sure that every decision they make is based on saving their entire team, not just themselves. Making a leader in an army is very difficult since so few people have worked to fulfill the requirements that must be met to ensure that the person in charge of the army troops is fully competent. As they moved up the ladder and attained higher positions, they also acquired new information and abilities that will be useful for them when they are in charge of directing troops on the battlefield and in other real-world situations.
An excellent illustration of this is when the battalion officers order the entire squad to run 5 kilometers and then order them to simultaneously perform 100 pushups as senior officers yell in your face at the finish of the run. That kind of screaming in someone's face is very unwelcome and would cause much anger, but as an army soldier, remaining calm and doing nothing is the best course of action. In additi...
