The universe has experienced discrimination of various forms meted on certain society members. Among the most affected are the women whose social positions have made them vulnerable to social, political and economic injustices. The two articles highlight injustices women face due to political factors. The ideas presented in these articles focus on societal issues still evident in contemporary society, though on a smaller scale. Women still go through harassment from men and are often used to advance political ideologies.
Women of colour go through tough times in western countries like America and the European countries. They do not have a voice to defend themselves, making them vulnerable to harsh treatment like rape and buttery.
