SMART Goals: Earning a Bachelor's Degree

Learning Objective: Understand issues involved in creating and maintaining supply chain strategies
For this post, you will set one overall goal related to your academic life and four SMART goals (specific) related to the overall goal. You will also indicate how the SMART goal is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-Based. SMART goals are described on page 100 of the Foundations textbook. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Based.
For example, you would write something like this:
General goal: Graduate from Ivy Tech
SMART Goal #1: I plan to pass all my courses in the Summer 2018 semester with a grade of B or better (80%+).
Specific - I indicate how many courses (all), the semester (Summer 2018), and the grade I want to achieve (B or better).
Measurable - "all" and "B or better (80%+)
Achievable - This would be an unrealistic goal if in previous semesters I had a D average. It is realistic if in past semesters I had an A, B, or C average. Also, if I was only enrolled in 1 or 2 classes over the summer, this goal might be more achievable; however, the shorter semester could make it more difficult.
Relevant - This relates to my overall goal of graduating from Ivy Tech.
Time-Based - The Summer 2018 semester indicates a time limit which is 8 weeks.
