Product Storage Project: Diaper Storage

Learning Objective: Apply techniques and methods for effective inventory management from a lean manufacturing perspective.
For this post, you will use the questions on the left side of page 20 to determine how an item in your home was stored previously from warehouse to your home.
For instance, a can of soda is packaged in 24 packs. Those 24 packs were stored on a pallet which was then wrapped with shrink wrap to keep all the 24 packs together. Those pallets were likely stored single-deep in a warehouse that is temperature controlled.
You are basically reverse engineering the unit load.
You can pick any item in your home, but you will need to do outside research to help you.
In your post, you should include:
The item you chose( I chose diapers.)
How it was stored previously all the way back to the warehouse
