Considering the questions, I would respond to the supervisor by first apologizing for sparking massive speculation that the mayor's health may bar her from completing the term in office. An apology is a crisis management strategy that demands the use of the best crafted message delivered by the most effective method to the audience (Fearn-Banks, 2016).I commented that the mayor's health was worsening and that she had a slight chance of recuperating.
