The majority of employers in organizations think that they are always a step ahead by drafting policies that regulate the use of social media by their employees. Unfortunately for them, that's where the NLRA comes to the aid of employees (Duta, 2010). According to the NLRA, the act of restricting employees to post critical messages of the organization on social media is a violation of their rights under their "protected activity act".
