1 What features of Virtual-Learn's increased structure made collaboration more difficult?
The main features that have resulted in the difficulties encountered in collaboration entail rigid structures. These structures are some of the core elements that have resulted in difficulties in establishing collaboration. This is because there are diverse hierarchies to be followed when implementing a collaborative structure within the organization. Hierarchies and chains of command have also made it difficult for the underlying organizations and people to induce collaboration. Individualism is the other obstacle to collaboration as it embraces the aspect of conducting operations individually.
2 Why do you think the team-based course development and training approach worked so well?
The team-based approach worked effectively in the designated case study due to the implementation of a virtual platform that did not require teachers' attention. The approach worked well due to the distinct division of duties and labor operations. The division of departments in the team approach led to the execution of specific roles within the organization.
3 Why do you think BP employees have to invest so much time monitoring BP to ensure new community members do not ‘spam， spam， spam， pitch, pitch, pitch?
The employees need to observe the BP closely as it helps them to understand the nature of business operations within the real estate at a lower cost. The stipulated measure will ensure that the employees realize efficiency in terms of operations. The monitorization of the BP will ensure that effective communication is channeled among the regular visitors within the community in the real estate business.
