The question of the best place to live and work is contextual and depends on various factors. Many people hold that they can live and work anywhere, provided it is free from violent hostilities, which guarantees their personal security. In addition, the majority of people would prefer to live in places where technological advancements can allow them to work or collaborate on projects with people from around the world. Such virtual collaboration technologies as zoom make it possible for them to work from wherever they are without having to endure the inconvenience of traveling long distances. For example, a firm from Switzerland assembled a group of mathematicians from different countries for a project (Tarique et al., 2022). The project members completed the project on time without leaving their home countries. This shows that people can live and work anywhere as long they can access the amenities that would facilitate their comfort.
