Its significant role is uniting individuals together to accomplish attainable goals. In the real sense, management usually allocates or mobilizes resources to various departments such as Finance, Information Technology, Human Resource and others. In addition, management organizes these resources in a way which strategic goals of the organization are attained in the long run in an easy way. Also, management takes part in all activities within an organization. These activities include planning, controlling, leading and organizing. For instance, a given organization is usually guided past its functioning by its management. This paper describes the role of management in an organization and the role of a union in an organization.
