OTT Airlines China
The name of the company "One Two Three Airlines" refers to Laozi, a Chinese philosopher who coined Daoism's three principles. The company was founded on 26 February 2020 by China Eastern Airlines as the parent company. The company's headquarters are in Shanghai and will focus on the Yangtze region. OTT airlines provide worldwide air charter and business jet services. The company is based in the Yangtze River Delta and will operate domestic, commercial aircraft to promote public aviation and business aviation. The company has a total of three fleets plus an active order of 35 new fleets. No data reviling managerial stuff is available.
How the company started
China Eastern Ltd launched the airline to boost and grow home-developed aircraft. In December 2020, CAAC announced that all preparations were complete. The airline has applied for a transport license, and the following were the reviews given by CAAC East China Regional Administration.

Why the company was started
The airline was launched to push and advocate for homegrown aircraft to a large market. The airline will be one of the first airlines to operate commercial China's Comac narrow-body planes. The design is manufactured to compete with other models such as Airbus SE A320 and Boeing co 737 Max model that are not operational after deadly crashes. Moreover, the airline will operate Comac's regional jets, and Comac is seeking Approval from the European aviation regulator to extend its operations to more countries.
What keeps the company going
The airline is offering low-cost carriers to remain competitive. Moreover, in an attempt to win, the airline offers in-flight entertainment to keep the passengers happy and feeling special. China Eastern, its parent company, has ordered all fleet requirements, including 20 Comac C919 that offers an average f 170 passenger seats and 35 Comac ARJ21-700 with 80 passengers. According to China Eastern Chairman Liu Shaoyong, the airline will receive Government support since it serves as a case study to develop home-made aircraft for commercial use. The airline will serve the local demand across Shanghai-Beijing maiden flight, which forms the world's second-largest economy.
