The “Keep Em off the street” Event
Our program is designed to keep young people off the streets through participation in music programs. Often, children who study music learn the value of incorporating arts into education to achieve excellence in school and in life in general. We acknowledge the fact that we will need a financial boost to cater for our budget on the various running and preparations towards the event. We need the sponsors’ logo so as to incorporate it into our marketing tools and advertisements forums. The logo will appear on our Keep Em off the street web page, our website , the tickets to be used on that day, radio and television adverts and our Face book and Instagram accounts.
We understand that visibility is key to our event and the sponsors’ participation in the program. Hence, we have a sum total of a million plus people who will see the sponsors’ logo image. We have separately laid down the demographic information of our city to outline the audience we will engage with. The official Kansas City demographic profile is a total of 465,005 people in Kansas, 6,028,076 mind you the national population is 314,107,084 people. The median age in Kansas is 35.0 years, Missouri 3.1 years and nationally 37.4 years. Those that speak English 88% (Kansas) 94% in Missouri and nationally 79% .The median age In Kansas City for both ages 34 years. With this information we can easily estimate the number of people to attend the event.
Furthermore, we have partnered with the major media outlets here i.e. Kansas City star, The Call, KPRS.com and Q104.com to create awareness of our event.
