There are a number of components associated with the change process such as the process name. This is a component that indicates the name of the process that starts with a verb (New York State, 2018). There is also the process owner, which is a component that describes the person that is responsible for the outcomes. They define the rules which govern the process and making changes to the same (Famuyide, 2018). Triggering events on the other hand are conditions which must be met before the process begins. Terminating events relates to conditions that end the process. Inputs are crucial components that consumed while the outputs are results created from the process (Centric Consulting, 2018).
At the local dinar, customers are served with coffee, pancakes, fresh juice and pudding. However, there is lack in the way that customers are served. This is relative to the fact that, there is a lot delays that come from the fact that, other than the hordes of customers that come to the dinar there are few staff to serve them. There are only three staffs at the dinar at any given time despite the fact that, sometimes the place will have over 50 customers flocking in. this means that one as to take some time before they get their order processed.
There are a number of processes that are present at the dinar namely, customer ordering, payment and order processing. However, the process associated with order processing is quite slow given that the lack of enough manpower.
