The culture developed in an organization has a clear set of organizational values that will support and even enable the attainment of the organization's strategy. In maintaining a healthy culture, the management must consider individual and organizational values. The organization needs a clear sense of identity that can be internalized to help guide the members as they make decisions and take action. In times of constant change in strategy, and even culture, this sense of identity helps unite the organization. It also contributes to supporting the desire people have for being a part of a group (Naslund, Olsson & Karlsson, 2006). This sense of identity, meaning, and purpose can be crafted through the development of an appropriate set of values for the organization and its people.
On the other hand, Stakeholder-value creation leaders focus on creating value for all of their stakeholders, including the shareholder. For them, value creation and relationships are as important as economic returns. The alignment of these concepts will help to change organizational culture, and hence their values, to be value-creation focused (Allee, 2000). That would lead to successful operations in the organization and enable the organization to flourish by attracting more shareholders through value creation for stakeholders.

Stakeholders play a significant role in enhancing leadership for the business. Shareholders channel their funds to the organization to ensure the smooth running of activities. They also participate in making important decisions through meetings and appoint qualified personnel to manage business activities (Sundaram & Inkpen, 2004). Employees on their part guarantee effective leadership in the organization by cooperating with senior managers towards the achievement of set goals and objectives in the organization.
Customers on their part, provide import information concerning their expectations, new tastes, and preferences of commodities and their complaints about the current services being offered by the business enterprise.
