Introduction
Leadership journals provide details in assessments, activities and various learning or academic studies. They are usually recorded for easy access and detailed information. There are many types of journals that vary depending on the intention and objectives intended to be put across. Some of these types express thoughts, ideology and feelings of an individual(Parris&Peachey, 2013). In this study, Leadership Journal studied. A typical power example in nursing sector and roles and attributes are important in the study.
Weeks 1-2
During the observations and assessments in weeks one and two, a lot in the issue of power were discovered. As a nurse, I work to ensure the wellbeing of various individuals within the society. Power is given to me to minister to patients of various illnesses. They differ in age, gender, economic status, color, ethnic background and so many more. In order to meet their needs, my managers, supervisors and the entire health fraternity expects me to do my best. In doing this, service delivery is enhanced and the health sector gets a positive reputation.
To ensure the assessment for the study gives the true picture and outcome expected, a lot of keenness in preparation was necessary. The list of the people to be assessed was important and of great interest. Managers, supervisors and nurses of various categories are included in the list. They are the major focus for the study. Having them and questions of concern ready, there follows the main process.

In the work place at the health center, greatest lesson learnt were two fold. First, the power in trust. The people nurses interact with needs to trust them. Tt is the trust that would help to realize the set goals and improve on the service delivery. Secondly, the power of influence. The power of influence is of great significance too. The works of nurses' influence lives of patients some of which have lost hopes in life. To win their favor and trust, a nurse must be influential. It is important that the two great lessons go hand in hand. They are very vital in the lives of the nurses and health workers in general.
