The new payroll /HR System is proposed to ensure that the payroll function company is more efficient and streamlines the HR and payroll processes. There is also a need to access validated and timely information at the right time for decision-making. Before the acquisition of the system, there is analysis and requirements followed by evaluating the possible solutions as the system needs to meet the organization’s needs and be a return on investment. Payroll accounting and HR staff members are the stakeholders who need to be informed about the system requirements (Cates, 2016). There is also a need to understand the various system components. The system provides precise calculations, and data is secure, which adds value to the organization.

Cost-Saving Efficiency- The project is evaluated to meet the users’ needs and improve cost efficiency while also streamlining the process.
